Vampire Life Feeding Guide: What Feeding Does and the Cannibal Raised Route

How Vampire Life feeding works in practice: who feeds on whom in play, the Cannibal Raised blood route and its level reset, and XP boosts that scale each session.

In Vampire Life, feeding means drinking other players' blood: gameplay shows vampires feeding on human players and on each other. The exact feed input and any formal rules — cooldowns, limits, forbidden targets — aren't documented yet, so plan to test controls in your own server. The clearest feeding effect captured in play is a transformation: an infected human who drinks a human's blood becomes Cannibal Raised, described as a stronger version of a vampire, and their level resets.

Feeding targets seen in play

Two feeding situations appear in gameplay footage, though neither clip explains feeding rules or controls:

  • Vampires feed on other players. One player piloting a vampire says they need to "eat somebody" while standing among the server's human players.
  • Vampires drink each other's blood. Another player reacts to a vampire couple doing exactly that.

Treat both as observed behavior rather than an official target list. The game doesn't document whether NPCs can be fed on or enumerate valid target types, so the players in your server are the targets you can count on.

The Cannibal Raised route: drink blood as an infected human

Human players have a feeding-linked transformation of their own. The recorded route to becoming Cannibal Raised:

Roadmap

  1. 1

    Be a human

You have to be human to become Cannibal Raised.

    • Start or stay on the human side before attempting this route
  2. 2

Get infected by a Cannibal Raised vampire

    • Have a Cannibal Raised vampire bite you or infect you with their blood
  3. 3

    Drink a human's blood

This is the act that triggers the transformation.

    • As the infected human, drink a human's blood
  4. 4

    Ride out the transformation

You come out as Cannibal Raised, but your level resets.

    • Time the transformation so the level reset doesn't wipe progress you care about
    • Expect what the footage shows: the transforming player dies, respawns in the vampire castle, then reappears as Cannibal Raised

This route comes from a creator's gameplay walkthrough rather than official documentation, so treat the steps as player-recorded. Because the transformation resets your level, reconfirm it after any game update before you commit to it.

What feeding changes: XP, ranks, and boosts

Feeding is tied to progression. A codes guide last updated September 25, 2026 lays out the loop: you start as a Human or a Natural-Born Vampire, then level up for strength, new abilities, and a better shot at becoming an Original — and "a 4X XP burst turns one feeding session into a big rank jump." Its advice: apply the largest boost before a long hunt, and your "levels, abilities, and Original odds move in one sitting."

Read conservatively: feeding sessions are part of the XP and rank grind, and their payoff scales with whatever XP-boost code is active. The exact XP or stat gain per feed isn't documented, and since the game runs as a public test, boost values and mechanics can change after a patch.

Controls and restrictions: what to check in-game

  • Feed input: nothing published so far names the button, prompt, or menu that starts a feed, so learn the control by testing interaction with another player in a fresh server.
  • Restrictions: cooldowns, amount limits, level or path gating, and forbidden targets have not been formally documented. Don't assume any of them — verify behavior in your own server before relying on it.
  • Freshness: the Roblox listing marks Vampire Life as a public test, so recheck feeding targets, effects, and controls after each update.
